Position Hours: 2nd Shift (4pm - 12:30 AM) Monday-Friday Salary Range: 70-80k The Carlstar Division of Titan International is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor I for their McDonough, GA facility. This position oversees the inventory and staff within the warehouse. This role involves coordinating a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and supplies. It requires a thorough understanding of the relevant policies, procedures, and practices, as well as leading and directing the work of other employees. Summary Of Responsibilities <ul><li>Assists the DC Manager with hiring and training of new employees.</li><li>Schedules and oversees shipping, inventory, auditors, and maintenance staff.</li><li>Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.</li><li>Schedules, manages, and invoices maintenance repairs in the building.</li><li>Completes specified reports at the assigned frequency.</li><li>Manages physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.</li><li>Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.</li><li>Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed.</li><li>Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.</li><li>Purchases supplies for the site when needed.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul>Qualifications Qualifications: <ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. A College Degree in Business Management or a related field is strongly preferred.</li><li>3+ Years of Experience in Warehousing, Distribution, or Logistics required. 1+ Year in Leadership strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated advanced problem-solving and organizational skills, and mid-level project management skills required.</li><li>Exceptional leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, and standard math skills required.</li><li>Ability to regularly lift 20+ pounds required.</li><li>Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time is required.</li></ul>
