The role involves applying clinical expertise to develop realistic medical scenarios, evaluate AI-generated responses, and improve the quality of next-generation AI systems through evidence-based medical reasoning.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design clinically realistic prompts and patient scenarios based on your area of medical expertise.</li><li>Develop high-quality reference responses demonstrating attending-level clinical reasoning.</li><li>Evaluate AI-generated medical responses using structured evaluation criteria.</li><li>Provide detailed written feedback to improve the accuracy, safety, and quality of AI-generated outputs.</li><li>Assess diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence across a variety of clinical cases.</li><li>Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Attending Physicians:</strong> Board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.</li><li><strong>Resident Physicians:</strong> Final year of residency or recent graduate who is board-eligible.</li><li><strong>Fellows:</strong> Board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.</li><li>Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent written communication and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Specialties</strong></p><p>Physicians from specialties including, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Family Medicine</li><li>Pediatrics</li><li>Anesthesiology</li><li>General Surgery</li><li>ENT (Otolaryngology)</li><li>Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)</li><li>Pain Medicine</li><li>Occupational Medicine</li><li>Other medical specialties not covered by dedicated specialty-specific opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation of <strong>$130–$180/hour</strong> (based on specialty and experience).</li><li>Weekly payments.</li><li>Independent contractor engagement.</li></ul><p><strong>Engagement Details</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote and asynchronous.</li><li>Default commitment of <strong>20 hours per week</strong>, with opportunities for additional hours based on project demand.</li><li>Rolling start following successful onboarding.</li><li>Ongoing engagement with periodic performance reviews.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><ol><li>Upload Resume</li><li>Complete an AI Interview Based on Your Resume</li><li>Submit Application</li></ol>
