Cyber Sphere is seeking a Project Manager with strong healthcare experience and expert-level MS Excel skills to support quality, compliance, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage complex healthcare projects while producing high-quality analytical deliverables.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage healthcare quality and compliance projects across cross‑functional teamsSupport NCQA and HEDIS‑related activities, documentation, timelines, and reportingBuild and maintain advanced Excel‑based dashboards, trackers, and analytical toolsPerform data analysis using complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/VBADevelop project plans, risk logs, and status reports for leadership and stakeholdersCoordinate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to ensure project milestones are metDrive meetings, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication across teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within payer or provider environmentsSkills7–10+ years of project management experience in healthcare, payer, or quality programsStrong understanding of NCQA and HEDIS quality frameworksMS Excel Expert with advanced proficiency in: Complex formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros/VBA, Dashboard/report creationExperience working with quality, care management, or compliance teamsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsCompany OverviewCyber Sphere is an IT consulting firm that offers business intelligence, application development, business analysis, and quality assurance.
