    • Responsibilities :

    • Carry out Market Surveys, Rental Analysis, and prepare Leasing Proposals.

    • Handle Leasing Enquiries, conduct Site Viewings, and present Leasing Proposals to potential Tenants.

    • Negotiate Rental Rates, Commercial Terms, Tenancy Conditions, and monitor the signing of Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, and necessary documents.

    • Liaise with Property Agents, Landlords, Tenants, and Lawyers to ensure smooth leasing and handover processes.

    • Maintain and update Project Occupancy Status and surrounding Market Leasing Status, and prepare regular reports.

    • Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

    Requirements :

    • Experienced in Retail &
      • Commercial Property Leasing and/or Sales &
      • Marketing
       field.

  • Experienced in executing Leasing Activities, including Tenant Sourcing, Lease Coordination, and Negotiation for Retail &
    • Commercial Properties.

  • Possess Good Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.

  • Familiar with Basic Tenancy Agreements, Commercial Leasing Terms with Mall / Office Leasing / Property Sales &
    • Marketing Experience
     is an Added Advantage.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Interaction with Mandarin-Speaking Clients)
