Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team on-site in Petaling Jaya. The role involves providing technical support to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, troubleshooting network problems, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Technical Support
Engineer will communicate with clients to address concerns, perform regular checks on network systems, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. Additionally, you will work closely with a collaborative team to improve system performance and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve network issues effectively
Strong Analytical Skills for problem diagnosis, issue resolution, and system optimization
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client concerns efficiently and professionally (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a focus on maintaining uptime and reliability
A degree in any field is acceptable, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Familiarity with network protocols and best practices in managed connectivity is an advantage
